Objective to manage an international inside sales team based in Europe and have the team generate better and better key qualified leads (MQLs). Working with the Marketing AND Field Sales Teams on a day to day basis
Key Requirements
- MUST HAVE : prior experience managing in direct an (international) INSIDE Sales / Sales Development Rep (SDR) team and ALL the conversion funnel around MQL – If NO experience of how to deal with a full conversion funnel, the role could prove a trap for the candidate
- Top experience of setting up key metrics on how to generate qualified leads: number of outbound calls per quarter / months / week / day, number of meetings booked etc
- Used to setting up prospects selling speeches and deliver them in front on a team, live
- Prior experience within a US-based SaaS company is a strong plus (ideally hyper-growth org)
- experience of selling to business decision-makers (marketing, retail in particular)
- Entrepreneurial approach and mindset
- very good personal values (business AND people / human driven)
Location: Paris, France (mandatory, since most of the team members are located there and easier to build relationships with them as a direct manager)
