Objectives:
- business development (hunting) of prospects in a European cluster of countries: can be Southern Europe, the Nordics, the UK, DACh (Germany / Austria / CH) etc according to the candidate’s preference
- obsessed with new business, creating value AND setting up sales processes
- start the international new business alone, then set up an international sales team
The potential of the market is huge, the company should reach €100m of revenues by 2024
Key Requirements
- Prior experience of Value selling of a SaaS BtoB solution: MANDATORY
- 8 years in selling BtoB software/saas solution minimum
- Selling to business decision-makers
- International experience (managing business in several countries)
- Direct people management: could be a plus
- Used to set up methods/process: KEY
- Regular overachiever
- Not afraid to start alone (entrepreneur) and then set up a team
- Passion: the solution sold is something people love
- travels in Europe
