- Prior experience within a US-based SaaS company is a strong plus (ideally hyper-growth org)
- experience of selling to business decision-makers (marketing, retail in particular)
- Used to set up methods/process to make people AND business grow
- Regular overachiever
- Used to C-level (and VCs) interactions
- Entrepreneurial approach and mindset
- very good personal values (business AND people/human-driven)
