Objectives:
- Management of multiple sales teams (total of +10 people)
- Focus on growing more strategic / value-based deals ( up to Euros 1m ARR and above)
Potential of the market is huge (only 30% of the market equipped), the SaaS company being a leading pure player in Europe (and beyond)
Key Requirements
- Big deals experience: deals of +Euros 1m ARR or Euros 1.5m licences)
- DIRECT people management (senior sales profiles, at least 4 years)
- Experience of selling to business decision-makers
- Used to set up methods/process to make people AND business grow
- Regular overachiever
- Used to C-level interactions
- Entrepreneurial approach and mindset
- very good personal values (business AND people / human driven)
- likes industry / industrial software or SaaS solutions
Location: Paris, France
Not an easy role – the 24 months coming will be key (with major steps on the corporate level). Energy to grow to the next level will be essential
