Key requirements:
- Experience of people management in an hyper growth organisation (at least 5 years of experience)
- Used to set up methods / process to make people AND business grow
- Used to interact with C-level, both IT AND business
- High success rate in closing key deals / regular overachiever
- Entrepreneurial approach and mindset
