Requirements

1. Ability to conceptualize and manage the full scopes of projects around Customer Care program and on 3 continents
2. Strong experience in handling projects around POS (Point Of Sales) for large companies with retail / stores culture (cash register, customer experience, etc…)
3. Ability to build a long term vision around POS evolutions, and to set up adequate roadmaps
4. Strong communications skills
5. People management experience
